The 6 Step Scientific Process

The 6 Step Scientific Process, as outlined below, is the core and backbone of the advancements and achievemennts that we as a race of human beings know today. This process, when applied rationally and relentlessly, will overcome most any objective, obstacle, or limitation. When coupled with the concept of 'Divide and Conquer', thereby breaking down larger problems into smaller more manageable chunks, a sure and steady progress forward is certain.

The Process     Top of Page

1. State a clear definition of the problem.
2. Form a hypothesis as to possible solutions.
3. Choose the best solution, and apply it to the problem.
4. Observe the results of step #3 above.
5. Amend the hypothesis as needed based upon observation and evaluation from step #4.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 until a clear solution is achieved. If a new definition is in order, repeat step #1.
